Manifesto
Health is foundational to human progress.
Almost all health advice optimizes away from disease — an abstraction nobody can feel. We optimize toward what you can feel: usable energy, faster recovery, more resilience under load.
That only works because the body is one system. Muscle steadies blood sugar. Aerobic fitness lowers the cost of everything else you do. Sleep decides what your training was worth.
The insight is rarely inside any single number. It lives between them — which is why we will never ship sleep, training, nutrition and recovery as separate apps. They are levers on one engine, and they compound.
Performance is also only half that engine. Bodies get stronger by moving between states — fuelling, training, growing — and then downshifting into repair. Rest is not the absence of the work. It is the work.
So we read what your body already reports instead of handing you another form, and we return the smallest thing worth doing today, with the reason attached. Being told what to do teaches you nothing.
Every person can become the CEO of their own health. One honest day at a time, the curve bends.
